Grind & Press create fresh, wholesome food packaged up ready for you to grab it and go. You’ll find no used by dates on our food as it’s made from scratch every morning & donated at the end of the day if it’s still on the shelf.

Choose from wholesome salads, steaming soups, tasty bread options, healthy snacks and mouthwatering hot specials which we will oven toast in under a minute whilst you wait. If you’re thirsty, try our freshly squeezed juices, freshly made smoothies or barista made organic fair trade coffee.

Our Food

We pride ourselves on the quality and tastiness of our food. We have a team of cooks who awake with the sparrows, preparing the food that you will see in store the following morning.

If you’re a creature of habit, you will appreciate the wide selection of every day meals and snacks found in our grab and go cabinets. But if you like to mix it up, we also have a seasonal range that you will find rotating through our selection to keep your taste buds satisfied as the year progresses.
